THE BEST WAY TO LOSE FAT

I have always been very bad at math, but this formula is really simple: Burn more calories than you consume and you will lose weight. But this implies sticking with a healthy diet and working out regularly. Many people find this too hard and look for faster solutions like fat burners. Read more about the subject here Hands Off Fat-Burners.

Burning fat naturally takes longer, but it’s much safer and works more effectively than any fat burner. It is often assumed that low-intensity exercise is best for burning fat. Fact is that when you train at very low intensity, fat accounts for most of the energy expenditure. While working out at moderate intensity, fat accounts for only about 50 percent of the energy used. However, the number of calories burned per minute during a moderate to high intensity workout is much greater than it is during a low-intensity workout of the same duration. Consequently, we burn more fat when training at higher intensity.

Interval training is the ultimate high-intensity workout to decrease body fat percentage because you will keep burning adipose tissue in the hours after you have finished your training. So whatever you are doing now, increase it. For instance, take your half an hour walk to an interval jog. You have to find out what works best for you, but you may start with 4 minutes of comfortable jogging and then run as fast as you can for one minute until you slow down back to jogging and repeat this pattern.

Besides cardio you should also lift weights. The human body naturally burns more calories each day to maintain a pound of muscle than it does to maintain a pound of fat. Therefore, the more muscle you build, the more calories your body will naturally burn each day at rest.

So just by building muscle, you’ll significantly increase your metabolism and turn your body into a calorie burning, fat melting machine. A combination of endurance and strength training results in more fat loss than either exercise regimen alone, partly because you spend more time working out of course.

From intense exercise like weight training and cardio, to simple daily tasks like standing, talking and brushing your teeth – your body burns calories for energy. But it actually burns a significant number of calories each day just by keeping you alive and functioning properly, doing stuff like breathing, pumping blood and digesting food.

On the other hand, almost everything we eat and drink contains calories. You would be surprised how much I eat; my friends are shocked when they see the portions I have. But: I eat low calorie foods, mostly vegetables and salads. Make sure you load up on whole grains, such as oatmeal and quinoa. Lean meats like chicken and fish are also a good bet. Lentils are packed with iron and protein and non-fat yoghurt will leave you satisfied while ensuring that your body burns fat naturally.

Definitely no fat burner pills required, okay.
